Easier recognition of Grandstaffs

The beta version of SNapp does not connect the bar lines as does Traditional Notation.  This makes the connection between and treble and bass staves more obvious.  

In addition, there is a second visual aid to be implemented that helps to see more clearly the relationship between treble and bass staves with respect to their tonal range (vertical staff space).  As shown, in the figure below, the lowest treble staff line and highest bass staff line in common are connected with a line to the left of the staves.  This line's color would match that of the connected lines, either red or blue.  In the example, the lowest common lines are C4. 

Finally, with the staves connected there is no need to show the measure number on the bass staff.
